Parallel zum Basis-Modell erscheint der Core 2 Highbeam, der erstmals echtes Fernlicht bei einem Akku-Scheinwerfer bietet.
Genau wie bei bewährten E-Bike-Modellen mit Fernlicht von busch+müller öffnet sich das Lichtfeld über die Hell-Dunkel-Grenze nach oben und macht die Nacht zum Tage. Für die notwendige Regulation bei so viel Lichtpower sorgt ein Aluminium-Kühlkörper. Die Fernlicht-Funktion wird nicht – wie Licht-Modi bei bisherigen Akku-Modellen – am Scheinwerfer selbst gesteuert, sondern sicher und benutzerfreundlich, direkt am Lenker per Bluetooth-Bedientaster.
Leuchtdauer High-Power-Modus: 70 Lux (2,5 Stunden), Mid-Power-Modus: 35 Lux (6,5 Stunden), Low-Power-Modus: 15 Lux (18 Stunden).
