Award for busch+müller: The new TURNTEC T2 battery-powered indicator system was presented with the Cyclingworld Award in bronze on Friday afternoon. In the ‘Best Parts/Components/Technology’ category, the innovation from Meinerzhagen prevailed against a strong field of competitors and impressed the high-calibre expert jury across the board.
Visitors still have the opportunity on Saturday and Sunday to discover this new product and much more at the busch+müller stand D4 in the Schmiedehalle.
With the TURNTEC T2 indicator system from busch+müller, both hands remain on the handlebars at all times. A significant safety benefit. Even in the dark, every intention to turn is clearly visible.
A simple, quick movement with the palm of the relevant hand is all it takes to activate the indicator signal. Other road users can recognise the intention to turn more clearly than ever before, as the newly developed TURNTEC T2 technology optimises both the direction of effect and the quality of illumination. In critical situations, hazard warning lights can even be activated.
The two indicators, housed in a robust aluminium casing, are fitted to the handlebar ends. The TURNTEC T2 can be fitted without the need for special tools.
With battery level monitoring. It can be easily recharged directly on the bike by connecting the charging unit to the USB-C socket on the left-hand indicator unit.
