Note regarding service requests

In order to process your enquiry quickly and thoroughly, we require your name and email address. The other fields on the contact form are optional. However, this additional information makes it easier for us to process your enquiry and will usually speed up our response.

If one of our products is defective, the specialist retailer from whom you purchased the product is your contractual partner. You are entitled to a 2-year warranty from them in any case. We therefore ask you to return the product to your retailer. In this case, you will not incur any costs. A reputable retailer will likely find a solution remotely or contact us. Unfortunately, we are increasingly finding that some retailers – primarily online sellers who offer our products at particularly low prices – wish to evade this statutory warranty obligation and deny their customers the service they are entitled to by referring them to us. Of course, we understand that you want a quick solution in such cases. That is why, in urgent exceptional cases – and only in such cases – we are prepared to help you directly.
